U.S. Shipping Only

  • UPS Ground – Free on orders $300+

  • UPS Ground – $9.95

  • UPS 2nd Day Air – $25

  • UPS Next Day Air – $35

 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. For expedited orders, purchases placed by 12 PM PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.

 

International Shipping Only

Rates vary and are calculated at checkout. The total at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes, so you won’t face additional charges upon delivery.

 

Shipping Assurance

Orders of $300 and above require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you choose to waive this at checkout, your package is insured only through transit. Once marked as delivered, Alako is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for added peace of mind.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

U.S. Orders Only

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original by contacting us at orders@alako.com

 

  • All Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sample sale purchases are final sale and sold as is — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 

To initiate a return, please email us at orders@alako.com. All returns must be listed on your packing slip. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover return shipping, inspection, steaming, and careful repackaging.

 

International Orders Only

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. However, you’re welcome to return your item(s) using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service and securing the package to prevent damage in transit. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To initiate a return, email us at orders@alako.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address. Please note return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at orders@alako.com. Include a brief description along with photos or a short video of the issue. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.


REFUNDS

 

Returns of full-price items that meet the return criteria will be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a $10 restocking fee. This fee helps offset the cost of the return label and garment processing.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the time your return is received for your refund to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
